I’ve written previously about the cult of Peloton and how I’m a card-carrying member of said cult (speaking of cults, this book on them has been getting great reviews). Peloton instructors are top-notch, and in addition to leading you through challenging workouts, they often drop snippets of motivation. Over the past month, I’ve been collecting my favorites, which are below (hope they give you a bit of boost today):
- The most important commitments are ones you make to yourself. Olivia
- I don’t care what you do as long as you make yourself proud. –Olivia
- When you face a challenge, get out of your head and into the moment which is where you belong. – Olivia
- We can do hard things. We can do them alone, but it’s easier when we do them together – Emma
- The beauty of being human is that we go through hard shit all the time, then we recover, and they were able to do more hard shit in the future. –Emma
- OK basket cases, nice ride. Yes, I’m a basket case too. There’s more of us than anyone realizes. – Kendall
- You cannot control time, but you can control what you do with what you have. Kendall
- Waking up today was a damn privilege – Alex
- We are so lucky to be on a stationary bike — there are plenty of people that would love to be able to have the moment you are having right now. Hannah
- Don’t compare your chapter one with someone else’s chapter six. – Ally
- If cauliflower can be pizza, you can be anything you want. – Cody
- Comparison is the thief of joy. –Dennis
I’m obsessed with Peloton and everything Cody says:)
very inspiring, esp the one about cauliflower and pizza…..I like both esp when they are combined! Luv2Nap
I have a peloton tip. Don’t buy their stock
